Rendering for Remodels:

We charge a $500 retainer for all design jobs, $1500-$2000 deposit is taken at the beginning of the job.  Doing full 3D renderings is a service that is offered to our clients free of charge if they choose to remodel their kitchen, bathroom, etc with us.  If we spend time on your renderings and you decide not to proceed, we will collect $500 for our time and efforts, if we make a trip out to your home, we charge $250 flat trip charge.  Please be advised that any deposits are non refundable.

Design & Contracting Work:

If you have your own contractor then we can help with designing and providing material at competitive pricing. If you need a contractor then we can provide a turn key job for you!

We offer full service design services which includes access to exclusive discounts to major furniture stores such as Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, CB2, etc.  We offer tile selection, cabinet/countertop selection, and  furniture section to help complete the look!

Consultation includes:

  • Consultation customized to your style
  • Doing a virtual tour/on-site tour of your space, suggesting ideas & recommending products limited to building materials only (e.g. flooring, backsplash, countertops, bath vanities, etc).
  • Provide necessary samples
  • Suggest patterns & grout colors
  • Share design inspiration 
  • Provide designer's discounts for other items such as fabric, furniture, decor pieces, etc.
  • Work with your contractor to ensure design is maintained during installation
  • Source any/all material as per your specifications
